Revert to getScript() for x3dom-full.debug.js (fix missing info-wrapper after clearing cache (..) but breaks minification - use 'gulp' instead of 'gulp prod')

- add tags for usemin and wiredep
- load css before js
- add js/x3dom/x3dom-full.debug.js to test.html
