Shell wrapper: elphel_to_colmap.py → InterfaceCOLMAP →
DensifyPointCloud → ReconstructMesh → RefineMesh → TextureMesh.
Configurable via OPENMVS_BIN, NUM_THREADS, HFOV env vars.
Includes installation note for building OpenMVS from source.
