test_render_full_jna: per-scene timing of the FULL-FRAME (5120-tile) combined
virtual render through the existing production entries (geometry uniform-grid
x2 -> dual-MB convert_direct -> consolidate_slots -> imclt), synthetic
full-frame tasks tiled from the pose_corr case's real MB-pair headers.
Existing entries only - no libtileproc change. PASS = chain sanity
(pairs/misaligned/finite render); timing reported, not gated.

Measured (RTX 5060 Ti, perfctl measure, 50 scenes, +-1%): resident-template
5.80 ms/scene = geometry 0.67 + convert 3.12 + consolidate 0.80 + imclt 1.21
(ALL-16-cam upper bound; RT needs cam0 only); +0.8 ms if task sets re-upload
per scene. Verdict for ROADMAP item 4 rung R0: serial-after-collect does NOT
hold >=60 scenes/s on top of the ~12.4 ms DP entry; R1 needs the ratified
reserve (async render stream, D5a pattern) and/or a cam0-only imclt entry.
