Mirrors GpuQuad.setLpfRbg/setLpfCorr (cuModuleGetGlobal + cuMemcpyHtoD) against the native module's
lpf_data / lpf_corr / lpf_rb_corr symbols. Fixes the first JNA-mode NPE (setLpfRbg hit the null
gpuTileProcessor.module).
