All: added a standard exit dialog called by int DisplayExitDialog( wxWindow* aParent, const wxString& aMessage )
Called when closing pcbnew, cvpcb and eeschema.
Minor code cleaning: remove duplicate or not used strings (mainly file extensions and wildcards)
